Taco rice bowls
You will need (serves 4)
- 1 Taco Lentils
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 grated carrots or 1/4 cabbage
- 4 tomatoes
- Juice of lemon/lime or vinegar
- A bunch of coriander
- A packet of corn chips
