Protein Points Club
You need 30g of protein at breakfast, everyone is talking about it. It stabilises your mood, blood sugar and energy throughout the day. It can change your life.
But what is 30g of protein? If you don’t have a degree in food science, time to weigh out your food, then time to calculate it in an app and then eat it. I think I have found an easy way to get this done. One protein point equals 6g of protein.

2 🥚 on toast with 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt and berries = 4.5 points

1 cup of lentils on toast smeared with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese + fresh tomato = 5 points

Almond mylk, instant decaf coffee, 1 tbsp of coconut sugar, 1 scoop of plain protein powder + ice = 5 points (I have one of these each day, simple, quick, yum)

1 cup greek yoghurt, berries, 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp of chia seeds = 5 points

1/2 cup chickpeas in sugo, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup cottage cheese on 1/2 piece of toast = 5 points
