The 'I don't do breakfast bar.'
Designed by Catie when she was a practicing naturopath for her ‘eat-coffee-for-breakfast’ patients. Make these bars to grab on the way out the door. Too easy. Containing Australian organic oats, Australian hazelnuts, organic figs, organic coconut panella and organic spices. Fig + Hazel bars are a good handheld breakfast.
To Make -
Preheat your oven to 180C
To a mixing bowl add the Fig + Hazel mix, 2 eggs (or egg replacer) + ½ cup olive oil.
Stir together until combined and the eggs are incorporated.
On a lined tray put 1 tablespoon blobs of mixture (spacing 3 cm between to allow the mixture to spread during baking).
Bake for 12 minutes
Allow to cool on the tray.
To Eat - Grab 1-2 as you run out of the door.
To Serve - Fig + Hazel bars need for nothing but they pair well with coffee and earl grey tea.
Alterations -
Citrus and figs work really well together - Add 1 teaspoon of either lemon or orange zest.
Breakfast is a good time to eat chocolate - Add a handful of chocolate chips.
Made to go well with coffee.

We want to be the best at what we do. And the best way to do that is to be small until we have the resources to grow. We designed these drops to bring you products made by us and made by our friends.
By releasing small collections we can keep our stock fresh, minimise waste, observe the seasons and availability of the best produce. It will give us the space and time to learn and to create. Keeping us agile enough to change operations and procedures to make us better at what we do for you, our producers and the environment.
The aim is to eventually be online more often + it is something we will get closer to with each drop.
